This was a jet lag piece by the artist. I wonder what 6:28 AM means to other people.

My alarm clock is usually set for 6:30 AM (unless it’s the weekend), but I usually wake up before my alarm starts up its morning round of music — probably 6:28 AM, actually. I guess my body would rather wake itself up than be disturbed by external stimuli. It’s picky like that :p

In the past though, I noticed that beeping alarm clocks, or ones that make the same noise over and over again, fly over my body’s radar, meaning that they don’t actually wake me up. When it comes to the radio, though, I always wake up. Or I wake up to a family member’s soft treading before they open the door to my room. Strange.
